Et deux prix d'interprétation pour Westworld.
Les Critics' Choice Television Awards 2016 se tenaient hier soir, outre-Atantique. Il s'agissait de la 22e édition de cette céromonie où se sont les journalistes et critiques américains qui votent. Et pour les séries, le grand gagnant de la soirée s'appelle Game of Thrones.
La série HBO n'a remporté qu'un seul trophée, mais c'est le plus important, celui de la Meilleure série dramatique de l'année, succédant ainsi à The Americans au Palmarès. L'autre grand gagnant de la soirée, c'est la mini-série American Crime Story : the People Vs OJ Simpson, qui décroche quatre prix, dans la catégorie des séries limitées.
À noter également deux récompenses pour Thandie Newton et Evan Rachel Wood, les actrices de Westworld, ainsi qu'un prix attribué à Jeffrey Dean Morgan pour son rôle de Negan dans The Walking Dead. Du côté des comédies, Donald Glover a reçu le trophée du Meilleur acteur pour Atlanta mais à la surprise générale, c'est Silicon Valley qui a été sacrée Meilleure comédie de l'année.
